Transfer Specialist

Key responsibilities

Domain Transfer Expertise: Manage the end-to-end process of domain transfers, ensuring smooth and efficient transfers for our customers.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers during the transfer process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication throughout.
Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary documentation for domain transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on transfer processes to minimize errors and streamline operations.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and technical teams, to ensure a seamless transfer experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in domain name transfers or a related field is a strong plus.
