Introducing the Efty Investor API: Your portfolio. Your workflow.

Managing your domain portfolio just got more flexible. With the new Efty Investor API, you can add domains, update prices, and change sales settings from your own tools and scripts, without logging in to the Efty Investor dashboard.

Whether you want to update hundreds of domains in one go or manage your portfolio from your own setup, the API gives you a direct connection to your Efty Investor account. No need to upload a CSV each time you want to make bulk changes.

The Efty Investor API is now available to everyone with a paid Efty Investor account.

Your portfolio, managed your way

The API lets you retrieve, add, update, and remove domains in your Efty Investor account through your own applications and scripts.

You can use it to:

• Update your pricing. Change Buy It Now prices and minimum offers across your portfolio.
• Add new acquisitions. Add domains with your preferred pricing and sales settings.
• Manage Lease to Own. Enable or disable Lease to Own for individual domains, set maximum installment periods, and configure minimum down payments.
• Change your domain presentation. Update categories, assign landing page themes or your existing Smart Landers, and manage inclusion in the Efty Marketplace.
• Retrieve portfolio data. Bring your domain data into your own dashboards, reports, or management tools.

You choose how to manage your portfolio. The API provides the connection to Efty Investor.

Bulk updates without the busywork

Want to reprice a few hundred domains or add a large batch of new acquisitions? The API supports up to 1,000 domain additions or updates in a single bulk request.

For larger imports, you can split your changes into batches and group them into an import session, with combined progress tracking and a single completion email.

You can also validate a batch before submitting it, helping you catch invalid entries and conflicts before making changes. Once processing is complete, detailed results show which updates succeeded and which need attention.

Connect your own tools

If you already manage parts of your domain business outside Efty Investor, the API opens up new possibilities.

For example, you could build a script that reads prices from your spreadsheet, compares them with the prices in your Efty Investor account, and submits only the changes. Or connect your own portfolio management application so you can add domains and update sales settings from one place.

These connections are yours to build, giving you the flexibility to create a setup that fits the way you work.

Get started

API access is included with every paid Efty Investor account. To get started:

1. Log in to Efty Investor.
2. Go to Account > API Keys and create an API key.
3. Follow the quickstart in our developer documentation to make your first request.

The documentation includes request examples, supported fields, bulk import guidance, and usage limits. Keep your API key secure and use it only in your server-side applications or scripts.
